Now entering its fourth year, We thought it was time to rebrew the ‘Beer Town Film Festival’ to something with a little more flavour.

DEUX CANS

Held in the historic brewing capital of the UK, Burton-upon-Trent. ‘Cans’ was created to counter the invitation-only festival of similar name based on the opulent shores of the Mediterranean Sea. Besides, we much prefer the golden brown liquid in our barrels than the aqua marine liquid in their bays.

Proudly championing creativity at all levels, from all places. From the unknown, those just setting out on their film exploration journey; to the undiscovered, those who’ve been in the game for a while… just haven’t made it to the spotlight; yet. And to the unsung, those who unleash all their skills and wizardry bringing to life other peoples stories.

So join us to celebrate all things film in the company of like-minded folk, whilst enjoying a few beers along the way.

Festival Deux Cans is a not-for-profit project and proceeds will be donated to Star Charity, which funds children and young people to engage with sports and arts.
